Working long distance
As your personal advocate I will act on your behalf every step of the way. Because you are not limited to a particular real estate agent, you will have access to listed and unlisted real estate across Sydney. You'll also benefit from my local knowledge of market and investment trends.
I will visit a property at least once before shortlisting it. While I search and refine the listings, you can relax and concentrate on making the big move to your new home.
Change of Address services include:
- Sending detailed reports on shortlisted properties
- Providing digital photos, floor plans, street maps
- Keeping you regularly updated
- Supplying comparable sales lists
- Arranging inspections by family or friends, or by you
- Organising strata searches
- Devising a purchase strategy (for auction or negotiation)
- Coordinating professional services, from building inspectors and property managers to mortgage brokers and lawyers
- Organising solicitors, signatories and contracts
- Ensuring due diligence.
