Janne set up Change of Address in 1993 to meet a gap in Sydney’s real estate market – offering a personal, confidential service that saves buyers time, effort and money in their property search.
Janne specialises in sourcing houses, apartments and commercial buildings in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Her clients range from individuals and families to investors and corporations, and from local and interstate buyers to expats and others relocating from overseas.
A licensed agent with interior design qualifications, Janne has expertise in every stage of the buying process, from sourcing the property to negotiating the sale, handling legal issues and managing the move. And with extensive local networks built up over many years, she can find residential and investment properties that you won’t see in real estate agents’ listings.
Janne is a member of REBAA (the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association), bound by a code of ethics to represent buyers only. This ensures she seeks only to fulfill your needs. She is also a member of the REIA (Real Estate Institute of Australia).
